Returns:
We are confident you will enjoy all items bought from this site. All items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days provided they are not used. The product must be complete and in its original packaging.
Delivery:
All sandals are hand made and we aim to send out within 5 working days.
Packaging:
Each pair of sandals arrives in a travel bag. One sandal is also hand signed by the artist, Lady Lanell, next to a crystal star. All of our other products are packaged accordingly.
